1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "Participant", or "User") and Neuron Connect Base Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to our educational website (neuron-connectbase.click), training facilities in Chiang Mai, digital workshop materials, and instructional services.

By registering for a workshop, submitting an inquiry, or accessing our published curriculum, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2. Educational Scope & Nature of Services

Neuron Connect Base provides professional educational training, chart dissection workshops, and structured technical analysis mentoring. All lectures, reference handbooks, moving average models, and chart clinic exercises are designed strictly for educational and analytical skill development.

Our training teaches mathematical chart reading and risk management protocols. We do not provide personalized financial advisory, portfolio management, or order routing services. Participants maintain sole responsibility for their personal financial decisions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational content produced by Neuron Connect Base Co., Ltd.—including but not limited to the Moving Average Reference Handbook, chart challenge exercises, multi-timeframe alignment matrices, proprietary video recordings, and written curriculum—is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use instructional materials for individual study. You agree not to distribute, resell, publicly broadcast, or reproduce our proprietary materials without prior written consent from Neuron Connect Base Co., Ltd.

4. Enrollment, Tuition & Attendance

Enrollment in any cohort or workshop is confirmed upon receipt of tuition payment and written verification from our admissions team. Because cohort sizes are capped at 12 participants to ensure instructional quality, seats are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

Students are expected to attend scheduled lectures and complete assigned chart laboratory exercises. For policies regarding rescheduling, cohort transfers, or cancellations, please consult our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Code of Conduct & Community Standards

We foster an atmosphere of collaborative rigor and mutual respect in all Chiang Mai classrooms and online discussion forums. Disruptive behavior, harassment, unauthorized solicitation, or intellectual property infringement may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuron Connect Base Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in our training programs or your application of technical analysis methodologies in financial markets.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
