Tuition, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview & Educational Commitment

At Neuron Connect Base Co., Ltd., we cap all workshop cohorts and seminar rooms at 12 participants to guarantee meaningful instructor attention, personalized chart journal audits, and small-group laboratory discussions. Because seat reservations prevent other prospective students from enrolling, we operate under the transparent cancellation and refund guidelines outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility & Cancellation Windows

Refund eligibility is determined by the date on which written notice of cancellation is received relative to the scheduled start date of the program:

• Full Refund (100%): Written cancellation received at least 14 calendar days prior to the official commencement date of the cohort or workshop. Tuition is refunded in full, minus any third-party bank wire processing fees (typically ฿500 THB).
• Partial Refund (50%): Written cancellation received between 7 and 13 calendar days prior to the start date. A 50% tuition refund is granted to offset instructional scheduling and reserved classroom capacity costs.
• Non-Refundable Window (0%): Cancellations submitted less than 7 calendar days prior to the start date, or once live instruction has commenced, are non-refundable.

3. Cohort Rescheduling & Seat Transfers

We understand that professional obligations and unforeseen circumstances may disrupt your schedule. As an alternative to cancellation:

• One-Time Cohort Transfer: You may transfer your confirmed enrollment to the immediate next scheduled cohort (within 6 months) at no additional charge, provided notice is submitted at least 5 calendar days before the initial start date.
• Participant Substitution: If you cannot attend, you may nominate a qualified replacement student to take your seat, subject to the nominee meeting the technical prerequisites of the program.

4. Private Mentoring Clinics (1-on-1 Sessions)

For students enrolled in the 1-on-1 Chart Diagnostics & Review Clinic:

• Individual 90-minute mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice to your assigned instructor without penalty.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or participant no-shows, will be forfeited and counted as a completed session.
• Private mentorship packages must be completed within 60 calendar days of enrollment.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Work Already Started

The following components are strictly non-refundable once distributed or completed:

• Printed or digital copies of the Moving Average Reference Handbook and custom proprietary alignment matrices once downloaded or handed over.
• Personalized historical chart journal audits that have already been conducted and delivered by our instructional staff.
• Special discounted alumni refresher registrations.

6. Instructor Cancellation or Schedule Changes

In the rare event that Neuron Connect Base Co., Ltd. must postpone or cancel a workshop due to instructor emergency, severe weather, or facility disruption in Chiang Mai:

• Enrolled participants will be offered the choice of a 100% full refund or priority placement in the rescheduled cohort.
• Neuron Connect Base Co., Ltd. is not responsible for non-refundable personal travel or accommodation arrangements made by students.

7. Refund Request Process & Timelines

To request a refund or seat transfer, please follow this procedure:

1. Send an email to info@neuron-connectbase.click with the subject line Tuition Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Program Name].
2. Include your formal invoice number, date of payment, and the bank account details for wire transfer reimbursement.
3. Our admissions administration will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the approved refund amount.
4. Approved refunds are issued via direct bank wire transfer within 7 to 10 business days.
